Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Eligibility

You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging with safety seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements, vitamins, or ingestible products
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable goods

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with seals intact
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unopened items for different products. Contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
